TENDER NOTICE
Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for following project:

PROJECT: GAS PIPING SYSTEM FOR CONNECT LAB
Please refer to Invitation to Tender (ITT) attached below for details.
Registration Date & Time: 10th - 25th April 2023, 9.00am -5.00pm
Registration can be done at RoomG11,Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia on above schedule.Required documents during registration:
1.Tender Registration Application Form;
2. Form 9; and
3. Earnest money
Earnest Money: RM 5,000.00
Tenderers are required to submit Cheque or Bank Draft with amount as stated above andmade payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD (Company No: 201201038124) as earnest money during registration. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted intosecurity deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tendererfails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date & Time. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.
Closing Date & Time: 26th April 2023, 1.30pm – 2.00pm
All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 303, Block B1on above Closing Date & Time.Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.
TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
