Our office is entrusted by Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) to conduct open tender for the fiber optic network upgrade and renovation. Qualified contractors are welcome to participate in the tender.
我办受厦门大学马来西亚分校的委托，光纤网络升级改造工程进行公开招标，欢迎符合要求的施工单位参加投标。

3. Qualification Certification Documents资质证明文件:
Must be legally possess a valid business license registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) or equivalent certification issued by the relevant authority in its country of incorporation.
必须合法持有在 Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) 注册的有效营业执照，或由公司所在国相关机构颁发的同等证书。
4. Tender Deposit投标保证金: RM2,000.00
Tenderers are required to deposit the amount stated above into XMUM’s account (refer to the account details below) as a tender deposit during the registration process. For the successful tenderer, the tender deposit will be converted into part of the performance bond. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). However, the deposit will be forfeited if the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents or withdraws their tender on or before the Submission Deadline. Refunds will only be processed upon presentation of an authorization letter from the tenderer, indicating the authorized person’s full name and identification number.
投标人须于报名阶段将上述金额汇入 XMUM 指定账户（账户详情见下文），作为投标保证金。中标人的投标保证金将转为履约保证金的一部分。未中标者的投标保证金将在招标结束后全额无息退还。若投标人未在截止时间前提交投标文件，或在截止时间前撤回投标，其所缴纳的保证金将被没收。退还保证金时，须出示由投标人出具的授权信函，信函中须注明被授权领取人的姓名及身份证号码。

7. Inquiry & Clarification 答疑:
Time时间: No on-site Q&A will be organized for this tender. All tenderers should submit written questions via email by 5.00 PM on 8th June, 2025. The tenderer will respond in writing by 5.00 PM on 9th June, 2025. Late submissions will not be entertained.
本次招标不组织现场答疑，请各投标单位在2025年6月8日17:00前以书面形式电邮，招标人将在2025年6月9日17:00之前以书面形式回复。逾期不候。
