On 7 November 2025, a delegation from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Multimedia University (MMU) Student Branch visited IEEE Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) Student Branch for a collaborative session.

Organized by the IEEE XMUM Student Brand and led by the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of XMUM, the event served as a platform for students from both universities to connect, share experience, and strengthen bonds within the IEEE community.

As part of the visit, participated engaged in a guest speaker session led by Prof. Dr. Mohamad Yusoff Alias, the advisor of IEEE MMU, who shared valuable insights on "Getting the Most of Your IEE Membership as an Engineering Student". The sharing inspired attendees to explore how IEEE membership can enhance their academic growth, technical knowledge, and professional development.
