Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply and delivery of following equipment:

PROJECT: HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR ACADEMIC BLOCKS – YEAR 2026

Registration Date & Time: 24^th Sept 2025 – 15^th Oct 2025, 9.00am - 5.00pm (Mon-Fri only)

Registration can be done at Room 707, Block A3Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia or by email on above schedule. Required documents during registration:

1.Tender Registration Application Form

2. Form 9 (SSM)

3. Tender Deposit

Tender Deposit: RM 5,000.00

Tenderers are required to bank in with amount as stated above and made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD (Company No: 201201038124) (refer to the account details below) as a tender deposit during the registration process. The tender deposit must be paid from the Tenderer’s company account. Payments made from personal accounts will be deemed invalid and non-refundable. XMUM will not entertain any request for refund of deposits received from personal accounts.

For the successful tenderer, the tender deposit will be converted into part of the performance bond. For unsuccessful Tenderers, the full amount will be refunded without interest. Refunds will be processed upon presentation of an authorization letter from the tenderer, indicating the authorized person’s full name and identification number. However, the deposit will be forfeited if the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents or withdraws their tender on or before the Submission Deadline.

Site Visit Date: 3^rd Oct 2025, 10.30am

The site visit briefing is scheduled as indicated above. Please notify us at least one day in advance to confirm your participation.

Closing Date & Time: 16^th Oct 2025, 9.30am – 10.00am

All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 704, Block A3on above Closing Date & Time.Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.

All documents, information, and materials provided by XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD. (the Disclosing Party) in relation to this tender are strictly confidential and shall be used solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting a bid in response to this tender. The recipient (the Bidder) agrees not to disclose, publish, reproduce, or distribute any part of these materials to any third party without the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party. This obligation of confidentiality shall remain in effect indefinitely, regardless of whether the Bidder is selected for the tender.

TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
