TENDER NOTICE

Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply and delivery of following equipment:

PROJECT: SOFT LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE SERVICES

CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 Year

Registration Date & Time: 27^th May – 11^th June 2025, 9.00am -5.00pm

Registration can be done at Room 704, Block A3Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia or by email on above schedule.Required documents during registration:

1.Tender Registration Application Form

2. Form 9 (SSM)

3. Earnest money

Earnest Money: RM 5,000.00

Tenderers are required to bank in with amount as stated above and made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD (Company No: 201201038124) as earnest money during registration. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tendererfails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date & Time. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.

Site Visit Date: 29^th May 2025, 10.30am

A site visit briefing will be conducted on above schedule. Kindly contact us at least one day in advance to confirm your attendance.

Closing Date & Time: 12^th June 2025, 9.30am – 10.00am

All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 704, Block A3on above Closing Date & Time.Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.

TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
