TENDER NOTICE

Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply, delivery and installation of below:

TENDER NUMBER: XMUM25T1004

PROJECT: A4-303 LABORATORY FURNITURE, EQUIPMENT AND MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL WORKS 

Please refer to Invitation to Tender (ITT); Drawing and Chemical List attached below for more details.

Registration Date & Time: 21^st April to 06^th May 2025, before 12pm

Registration can be done via email registration or submit at Room 707, Block A3,Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia on above schedule. Kindly avoid lunch hour at 12.30pm to 1.30pm.

Earnest Money: RM 2,000.00

Tenderers are required to bank in with amount as stated above andmade payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD (Company No: 201201038124) as earnest money during registration. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tendererfails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date & Time. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.

Site Visit: 24^th April 2025, 10.30am

Site visit briefing will be conducted on above schedule. Kindly contact us one day before the visit.

Furniture Sample Submission Date: 08^th May 2025 before 12:00pm

Sample shall be submitted to Ms. Agnes Ng at Block A2, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Closing Date & Time: 09^th May 2025, 10:00am

All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 704, Level 7, Block A3 on above Closing Date & Time. Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.

TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
