INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC EXCHANGE CENTER (IAEC)-RESTAURANTS & CONCIERGE BAR TENDER NOTICE
Xiamen University Malaysia (hereinafter referred to “XMUM”) now invites companies which have experiences in operatingChinese restaurant, hotel restaurant and concierge bar (“Tenderer”) to tender for the following unit of restaurants for the purpose of provide catering service to staff, students and visitors:

Package 1 - Chinese Restaurant
Package 2 - All-Day Dining Restaurant
Package 3 - Concierge Bar
Registration Date: 12th August 2024 to 22th August2024 (Excluded Weekend and Public Holiday) between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tender details and documents can be obtained and downloaded from the attachment below.
Registrationat Block A3-7F, Room 707, Procurement & Asset Management Office, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor.
Tenderers are required to prepare the following payments on the Registration Date:
Earnest Money* of RM500.00 per tender by way of Cash, Cheque or Bank Draft made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD.
Site visit would be arranged at 10:30 am to 5:00 pm from 12th August 2024 to 22th August 2024.
All sealed Tender Documents shall be returned to XMUM at Block A3-7F, Room 704, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor on 23rd August 2024 between 9.00 am to 10.00 am (“Closing Date and Time”). XMUM has the absolute right to decline any submission later than the closing date and time. TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. XMUM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

*The Earnest Money (RM500.00) will be converted to deposit for successful tenderer(s). The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents within the closing date and time or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer’s authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel’s name and identification number.
