XMUM Research Impact Awards Honor Outstanding Postgraduates

13 postgraduate students at Xiamen University Malaysia received Research Impact Awards for their remarkable research contribution, during the inaugural Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Postgraduate Student Council (PGSC) held on 20 February 2024.

The event was presided by Prof. Dr. Wang Hui-Qiong, the Assistant President of XMUM and a Professor in Physics. In her welcome address, Prof. Wang touched on the excellent achievements of the postgraduate students and encouraged their efforts in building research resilience coupled with academic achievements at XMUM.

The AGM proceeded with a speech by PGSC President, Ms. Chin Min Yee, followed by a presentation of accounts by Mr. Ho Wei Lam (the vice president), and an activity report by Ms. Chew Zi Qing (the public relations officer).
