CANTEEN TENDER NOTICE

Xiamen University Malaysia (hereinafter referred to “XMUM”) now invites companies which have experiences in operating cafeteria especially in other colleges or universities (“Tenderer”) to tender for the following unit of cafeteria for the purpose of provide catering service to staff and students:

Registration Date: 19^th December 2023 to 4^th January2024(Excluded Weekend and Public Holiday)between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tender details and documents can be obtained and downloaded from the attachment below.

Registration at Block A3-7F, Room 707, Procurement & Asset Management Office, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor.  

Site visit would be arranged at 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on 21^st December 2023 to 29^th December 2023 

All sealed Tender Documents shall be returned to XMUM at Block A3-7F, Room 704, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor on 5th January 2024 between 9.00 am to 10.00 am (“Closing Date and Time”). XMUM has the absolute right to decline any submission later than the closing date and time. TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. XMUM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
