Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified companies for following project:

Registration Date & Time: 27^th – 8^th December 2023, 9.00am -5.00pm

Registration can be done via email by sending below 3 documents to procurement@xmu.edu.my, attention: Ms Goh:

1. Application for Tender Registration;

2. Form 9; and

3. Earnest money (online payment advice slip)

Earnest Money: RM 5,000.00

The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into security deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date & Time. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.

Closing Date & Time: 14^th December 2023, 9.30am – 10.00am

All sealed tenders must be submitted to XMUM at Room 704, Block A3 on above Closing Date & Time. Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.
