CANTEEN TENDER NOTICE
Xiamen University Malaysia (hereinafter referred to “XMUM”) now invites companies which have experiences in operating cafeteria especially in other colleges or universities (“Tenderer”) to tender for the following two units of cafeterias for the purpose of provide catering service to staff and students:
1 XMUM23T2005 Chinese / Asian Cuisine – 1 unit at first floor in block LY3 (Unit 106)
2 XMUM23T2006 Chinese / Asian Cuisine – 1 unit at ground floor in block D6 (Unit G02)
Registration Date: 03rd July 2023 to 18th July 2023 (Excluded Weekend and Public Holiday) between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Tender details and documents can be obtained and downloaded from the attachment below.
Registration at Block A3-7F, Room 707, Procurement & Asset Management Office, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor.
Tenderers are required to prepare the following payments on the Registration Date:
Earnest Money* of RM1,000.00 per tender by way of Cash, Cheque or Bank Draft made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD
Site visit would be arranged at 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on 05th July 2023 and 12th July 2023
All sealed Tender Documents shall be returned to XMUM at Block A3-8F, Meeting Room 1, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor on 20th July 2023 between 9.00 am to 10.00 am (“Closing Date and Time”). XMUM has the absolute right to decline any submission later than the closing date and time. TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. XMUM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

*The Earnest Money(RM1,000.00)will be converted to deposit for successful tenderer(s). The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents within the closing date and time or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.
