BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Syazwani binti Mohd Yusop is a dedicated lecturer and researcher in Xiamen University Malaysia. She completed her PhD in Ocean Science at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2020, following her Master’s in Science (Physics) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geophysics) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her research interests focus on climate change impacts on marine resources, remote sensing and GIS applications in marine science, and fisheries oceanography. She is actively involved in various professional development programs and has contributed to several notable conferences, workshops, and publications in the field. Dr. Syazwani is also engaged in community service with Greenpeace Malaysia and plays an active role in academic and outreach initiatives at Xiamen University Malaysia.
