The Innovation Talk Series #16 entitled “Underlying Logic of Convictive Business Plan” was hosted by XMUM Innovation Center on 30 May 2022 via Voov Meeting.

Speaking at the webinar was Dr. Simon Ning, the Director of Beijing Zhonghong Investment Fund Co. Ltd. and a member of the judging panel of China International College Students’ “Internet+” Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

During the talk, Dr. Simontalked about what goes into a business plan as well as the key parts of it. A good business plan should be convincing, and should provide concrete, factual evidence to show that the idea for a business is in fact sound and reasonable. He also emphasized the importance of staying ahead of your competitors, collecting feedback as well as new ideas.
