Description: As students from XMUM, we are the ones who get benefit from the communication between China and Malaysia. Under the unique environment, we live together with Malaysian students, which makes us feel the charm of multicultural collision.
After communicating with the local people, we found a huge demand to build a bridge for the Chinese Malaysian to know more about their ancestral home, which is basically our homeland - China. That’s how we came up with our project - A cruise trip that retraces the maritime silk road.
We are not only willing to be the beneficiary of cultural exchanges, but also willing to be the emissary of cultural exchanges to promote deep cultural exchanges between China and southeast Asia. “Ocean silk road, seeking the roots” cruise tourism project expresses the sincere humanistic feelings of our campus students, as well as describes the beautiful vision of harmonious communication and development between China and southeast Asian countries.
