BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Lai Sin Yuan is an Assistant Professor at School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, Xiamen University Malaysia. She received her Doctoral Degree in Chemistry from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2014. After the accomplishment of her degree, she was granted with Post-doctoral Fellowship Award by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia to work as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Centre for Sustainable Nanomaterials for a year. Then she pursued her career in a university college for two years. Her recent research covers sustainable materials synthesis, materials science, nanomaterials, heterogeneous catalysis, photocatalysis, biofuel and green chemistry.
