Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of following items to School of Journalism:


Tender documents can be obtained between 10:00 am to 17:00 pm on 15 January 2018 and 16 January 2018(“Registration Dateat Room G11,Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. Tender registration fee of RM100.00(non-refundable) per applicationis payable at registration session.

Tenderers are required to prepare Cheque or Bank Draft for the amount of RM 1,000.00 per tender made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD as earnest money onRegistration Date. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tendererfails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date.

All sealed Tender must be received by XMUM at Room 303on 26 January 2018("Closing Date & Time"between 10:00am to 11.00am. Any tender delivered after the Closing Date & Time shall be disqualified.TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
