TENDER NOTICE

September 19,2017
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies for the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the following items to Xiamen University Malaysia:
 
1.      Cabinet air-conditioner, 3HP, inverter, 100 units,
2.      Wall mounted air-conditioner, 3HP, inverter, 50 units;
3.      Wall mounted air-conditioner, 1.5HP, inverter, 100 units;
4.      Wall mounted air-conditioner, 1HP, inverter, 50 units.
 
Tender documents can be obtained between 10:00 am to 17:00 pm on 25th-26th September 2017 (“Registration Date”) at Room G11, Xiamen University Malaysia, Jalan Sunsuria, Bandar Sunsuria, 43900 Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. Tender registration fee of RM100.00 (non-refundable) per application is payable at registration session. Site visit would be arranged at 10:00am on 25th-26th September 2017.
 
Tenderers are required to prepare Cheque or Bank Draft for the amount of RM20,000.00 per tender made payable to XMU JIAGENG EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD as earnest money on Registration Date. The earnest money for successful tenderer will be converted into deposit. The full amount will be refunded without interest to the unsuccessful tenderer(s). The amount will be forfeited in the event that the tenderer fails to submit the tender documents or withdraw their tender on or before the Closing Date. The refund can be collected only with the tenderer's authorization letter which indicates the authorized personnel's name and identification number.
 
All sealed Tender must be received by XMUM at Room 303, B1 on 19th October 2017 (“Closing Date”) between 13:00pm to 14.00pm. Any tender delivered after the Closing Date shall be disqualified. TAKE NOTE THAT all forms of corruption, bribery and kickback whatsoever, either directly or indirectly, are strictly prohibited. Xiamen University Malaysia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
