In terms of ranking for 2018, ANU is ranked number 1 in ASEAN, ranked number 20 in the world under the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) ranking and was placed the 48th placing on the TIMES Higher Education in 2018.

Australia National University (ANU) is the world leading university located at Canberra; the capital city of Australia. Canberra is the only Australian city where you can truly experience four season; Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The strength of ANU is on research and education which assures graduates are in demand when they step into the world. Students graduting from ANU are well-prepared to face the challenging world. On average, ANU has the smallest classes among Australia's leading universities, which means students will have chance to connect with respective faculties. On top of that, ANU also offers service to students for learning development, such as writing, research, and study skills as well as peer mentoring. At present, ANU has about 26,000 students, locally and internationally,with the highest average of academic staff to student ratios among Australia's leading universities. From the 26,000 students, 50% of the student population at ANU are undertaking their postgraduate program.

Some of the majors includes; History, Translation, Culture, Health & Medicine, Accounting, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Climate Change, Earth Science, and to name a few. At ANU, international students are also entitled to apply for scholarship in accordance to academic achievement.
