Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand


The Victoria University of Wellington (VUW) was founded in 1897. With its rich history, Victoria University has over 21,000 students every year, including over 3,000 international students from more than 100 countries. Based on the QS World Ranking, Victoria University was ranked at the 219th placing and achieved as a 5-Star University.  As for the Times Higher Education Ranking, Victoria University was placed between 101–125th in the Arts and Humanities area. On top of that, VUW is also the New Zealand’s top ranked university for research quality. On the side, Victoria Business School is one of the best group of commerce faculties worldwide that hold the Triple Crown of international accreditations (EQUIS, AACSB (Business) and AMBA.

Some of the majors VUW offer are Finance, Business Administration, Global Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Software Development, Applied Statistics, Computer Science, Environmental Studies, Marine Conservation, and so forth.

In Victoria University, students are not only groomed to be excellent academically but are also trained to be a leader in the outside world. Student enrolled in this university are offered two leadership programs; Victoria International Leadership Programme and Victoria Plus. From both of these trainings, student will be able to encounter the world with confidence. Both the programmes include ways for to engage with others cross culturally.
